With interviews, cultural activities and TV programs, Ukraine greeted the 10th anniversary of the Cuban program of care to children affected by the nuclear plant accident in Chernobyl last March 29th.  Newspapers  Serkalo Nedele, Kommundist y Kyiv World, radio broadcasting stations and TV channels underlined the advantages of the program that took care of 18 000 children and expressed their gratitude to Cuba,  the Cuban people and to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro.
