Abstracts of all papers and posters will be published with the congress program. Those interested will be able to acquire the texts of papers and lectures on a CD or floppy disk upon request.

Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to longevidad2003@infomed.sld.cu in Word 97 or 2000 format before February 28, 2003. They should be no longer than 200 words and may be submitted in English or Spanish.

Papers can be presented orally or by way of a poster. Oral presentations should be limited to 10 minutes, with a general discussion at the end.

When submitting your paper, be sure to indicate the theme-based working commission in which you recommend it be presented. All commissions will have the equipment necessary for the use of slides, transparencies, videos and digital presentations.

In the case of posters, they should measure 1 meter in width by 1.2 meters in length. They will be numbered in the upper right-hand corner, and it is therefore recommended that a 10cm x 10cm space be left for the placement of this identification. We suggest the use of texts and illustrations that are visible from a distance of 2 meters.
