 The participation modalities are:

• Presentation of electronic posters in accordance with the standards established for the authors (instructions).

• Participation in the dialogue about the electronic posters through the discussion forums.

• Attendance at virtual conferences and virtual presentations on-line via the CRICS’ IRC channel on Uninet. These presentations will be made in text conferences in their original language.

• The conferences will be attended by special guests.

For the delegates who attend CRICS at the Palace of Conventions in Havana:

A room will be dedicated to the Virtual CRICS with the facilities necessary to obtain access to the electronic posters and conferences as well as the IRC activities.
